I-140 filing problem

I am going to file both NIW and Outstanding Reseracher. When I fill I-140 form, I found there is a question "Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?" on I-140 form. Do I need to answer "Yes" because I file "Outstanding Reseacher" at the same time. But I think it is not right because they are in different catagories for green card petition. This is the first time for me to file the petition and no immigration visa petiton has ever been filed befroe.
