SOS Help For J-1 waiver, thanks first,

please help, any information will be welcom from heart.
My case has been pending for 10 weeks in DOS since all documents were completed. Anybody has good idea to handle it ? I have called and mailed the inquiring letter to them, but not reply. I was almost maded on that.
