为什么有的医生485体检免TB和X-Ray

我和LG的485体检TB都阳性.X-Ray正常.想知道是否可能有麻烦. 问过一些朋友.有些医生可免TB和X-Ray.为什么?他们怎么添体检表? 说做过了吗? 想知道是否应换这样的医生重做一遍.
