I am in the same boat as you are. My NC is pending for more than 3 years!!! I just made my mind to sue them, and then the RFE came. I really don't know if that resulted from the clearance of the NC. Or just a new pre-processing procedure？？？？Let's share our information so we can better understand what CIS is doing.
