Ask again about parents' visa thing, please help!

Dear friends,
My parents want to visit me in this Fall.

I have H1-B visa, but it is getting expired in next month (almost 6 years), and I applied for green card a few years ago, and as everyone else, I have been waiting for the approve for I-485 for a long time. For such stituation, what documents do I need to provide? My thinking is that:
a. copy of my 2 lastest paychecks.
b. a letter from my company to prove that I am employed.
c. copy of my bank statement.
d. copy of my EAD card

Is (d) necessary? What else should I provide?
