I also want to consult on how to add my hu*****and to my greencard application. My I140 is approved before I get married. Now my I485 is pending (the priority date is just passed, so I assume I will get GC any time soon). So is my hu*****and ( In China)qualified for "follow and join" benefit once I get GC? If yes, generally how long it will take for him to get the immigration visa? I used AP once after I got married, do I still have H1B status (My current H1B will expire in 2008)?
