1. Your H1 won't be affected. However your request to change to H1 statue is likely to be denied. So the H1 approval notice will likely come with no attached I-94. Premium processing will make you see the result quick.So you know if you have to leave. However, I guess that the decision about the H1 is already very close.
2. Usually not affect your GC application. Do you already file 140 or 485?
3. You may need a get H1 visa to gain your H1 status
