Questions for Advance Parole

I am filling up I-131 form for Advance Parole. I would like to know how to write that letter to explain I qualify for AP and what circumstances warrant issurance of advance parole. ( my I-140 approved, now I am I485 pending). Thanks a lot. I appreciate your help.
