Does anyone know H1B status with I-140 travel

I'm on a H1B status with I-140 approved but haven't applied I-485 yet. I'm planning on going back to China for a couple of weeks. Could there be any problem getting the H1 Visa to come back in to the US? Any thoughts on this will be very much appreciated! Thanks!
