You have to wait until got I-485 receipt.Whether withdraw

I-485 depend on how strong of your I-140,if you think
you have some reasons to worry for the possibility of denial on your I-140 ,you may consider to withdraw I-4885,then refile after getting I-140 approval,this way
with less risk.
