父母B2延期一问

我父母想延期几个月(B2), 他们要填几份I-539? 是每人填一份还是, 还是我父亲填一份, 把我母亲列为 additional applicant at the end of the same I-539 form? 那么申请费怎么算, 是 2x140 or 140+10
