Help!!!B2-H4

I got my B2 in UK.I used B2 to enter US from UK in May,2006. My I-94 is due to Nov,2006.

Now I am going to get married in US this month. My bf has H1B, Shall I transfer to H4 in US or go back to China to get a H4 visa?

Which one is more risky? Many thanks for help!
