xiaobaitu,mytwocents,radiology,howdy,请问OPT,CPT超时工作对485造

据我所知， File 485时只是交最近三年的税表。四年以前的OPT，CPT的工作超时问题还会有不利影响吗？，税表只附 W2,显示一年的收入，并不显示具体的工作时间，申请485时移民局会仔细调查实际的工作时间吗？

我可不可以在递交 485之前 申请H1签证，然后以新的签证入境，这样是否有帮助？
