visa due to 100% immigrant intent,Don't try to hide the
fact that you have filed an I-130 when she take her interview,that may cause the denial of her immigrant
application.
I ever saw s few cases that former service people of
PLA got immigrant visa in Guangzhou or got green card
within USA,CIS will analyse these cases one by one,if they don't think he is a threat to the country,the application will be approved.
