NIW-who had the similar situation?

NIW at NSC.
140 RD: 02/2003; AD 06/2004.
485 RD: 07/2004; AD ??/200?.
1st FP: 08/2004;
2nd FP: 06/2005 (code 2);
3rd FP: 06/2006 (code 1);

Online LUD of 485 was 11/10/2005. After the 2rd FP LUD of the previous AP applications was updated (late June). The attonery sent an inquiry to NSC on 06/01/2006 but there was no response at all.

Who had the similar situation? Would you mind sharing with me? Thanks.
