老公在国内我能在美国为他申请绿卡吗？

我现在正在准备申请绿卡，估计十一月份能递上去。我老公在国内工作，我能在申请485时把他的一起申请了吗？这样他就在国内等绿卡了。或者当我申请485时他来美国，我们一同申请，然后他再回中国工作，直到他那到绿卡为止。另一个问题是，但他那到绿卡后他还在中国工作的话，是不是每年最多在中国呆半年，否则绿卡就会失效或不让入境呀？有谁知道字样的情况，帮忙回答一下，谢谢先！
