No matter what you did before it doesn't matter. Now you MUST use the name that shows on the OFFICIAL documents. e.g., your birth certificate, her passport, your mother/son relationship, ... and make sure they are all the same this time. Good luck!

BTW one can apply for his father and stepmother to visit, in that case a marriage certificate from his father will be needed.
