If last test was not for I-485, you must do it again, these dollars can not be saved.
The doctors to do I-485 related physical check must be recognized by INS, you should go to local INS Office to obtain a doctors list, and then choose one make appointment. If you want use same doctor you use used before, be sure that his name is included in the list.
You have less than 2 weeks, so be hurry up. visit doctor with your I-693A.
