Can I Re-enter the US with my I-94??

Entered the US on B1 visa (so I-94 expired long time ago)transferred to H1, then F1. Quit school over 1 year ago(they would call it overstay), but I have a new I-94 attached to my F1 approval notice(expire: duration of stay)

Question: I need to land in Canada. Can I re-enter the US with the I-94 attached to my F1 within 30 days?

Appreciate any help!
