Do worry,I think your I-485 is delayed by name check.

First on my opinion,your behavior wasn't a crime,it
was caused just by your carelessness; Second,if CIS
found out ,or doubt you have some negative record,they usually will transfer your I-485 case to local office,you have to take an interview to explain,if you
never received a transfer notice,the delay seem isn't caused by this reason.
