Thank you very much. The most recent letter I got says that they respond to my request back in July. They mailed out the letter on Aug 8,2006. I called National Customer Service Center today, the representitive sounds nice on the phone. She tried to send an inquiry regarding my case, but the system just did not let her do that coz it is less than 30 days from they responded to my request. Then she asked me to call back sometime after next week. Does that mean they are taking action on my case or what? Thanks a lot.
