怎么带钱回国用？any suggestion? thanks

Hi, I am going to visit my parents in china using advance parole. And since it is my first time, I do not know how to bring the money into china. I am planning to take more than 10K with me. it seems not very safe to bring the cash. I am thinking about traveler check. how do you think? if you have the similar experience, could you please give me some suggestion? Thanks.
