我这张 ticket 算 misdemeanor 吗？

刚才看到网上说法案提议三项misdemeanor 不能拿绿卡。心里很担心？

我有一次make left turn 时被 state police 抓住，其实每天都有很多人 这样turn的，所以我以为 make turn是可以的，那天police car 就停在那儿，我还是傻呼呼的 make turn 了。结果被 抓住，要罚四点。

后出庭，这是第一次吃 traffic ticket, 经 plea bargain, 把点数去掉，但多交罚款.罪名改为 careless driving.

这样的 state police issue的ticket 算不算 misdemeanor了？ 如果法案真的通过，是不是三张 traffic ticket就不能拿绿卡了？以后谁还敢开车啊？

还是说即使法案通过，traffic ticket 的 misdemeanor是 不count 的了？我觉得这个make sense.
