感谢xiaobaitu,howdy和mytwocents对我的案子的关心，今天

我们已经找出法官的判决看了，是felony D class ,因为有两项指控，最高可以判五年的，实际判的刑期是85天。但是在坐牢两个月后，就把我从jail里放出来，在一个类似招待所的halfway house又呆了一阵子，(那里面都是美国人中犯法的)白天可以去上学，晚上回来报到和睡觉。另外我的probation已经被法院提前半年解除了，负责我案子的probation officer还给移民局写了一封信，说因为我在probation期间遵守各项规定，持续保持good behavior，所以法官决定提前determine,这封信现在在我手里，不知是否对获得绿卡有帮助？应该在递交I-485时就交上去吗？
我们已经约了Atlanta(是离我们最近的大城市)的律师，但对方要过了劳工节才能见我们，而且一定要面谈，所以这几天还是忐忑不安。可否再就此给些comment?先谢了！
