申请485是要不要填写 YES to

been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?

现在想起来我曾经几年前下雷暴雨去钓鱼被警察罚款.当时忘了没有添yes.
现在需要做什么补救吗?
