PLEASE HELP!在美国生了一个宝宝，回国签F1受影响吗？

以前从来没想过这个问题，但今天填DS-156表时第37项 “Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?

Mark YES or NO and indicate that person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying, working, etc.)其中就有儿子或女儿的选项。

2004年来美国的时候,只有老公和我两个人，他是H1我是H4。我想11月以H4身份回国，把宝宝送回去让父母帮忙带半年，然后去上海使馆签F1。这样看来在我的DS-156表上会比上次多出来一个U.S. citizen，我签F1通过的可能性大吗？
