请问xiaobaitu: I485 面谈后打算回中国返美证问题

目前情况：H4，LD I140（NIW） approved, 全家I485 pending. 上周面谈通过，移民官说因排期问题当时不能给我们绿卡，要我们关注下个月排期， 一旦我们的case 变成current, although she couldn't guarantee, but she can almost guarantee that we will get our green cards soon(她的原话)
问题：我目前持有AP, 今年11月到期， 打算下月回国。 如果我在中国AP过期后收到绿卡， 能否持绿卡回美？，
