EAD or H1 transfer to change job while 485 pending?

Filed EB1b, I-140 approved this july. Will H1 transfer affect I-485 process? Another question, should I inform USCIS I am changing job? Many thanks to Xiaobaitu, Radiology, my2cents and so many other people for providing information here!!!
