Generally, if the position has not changed, would USCIS get to read the word by word of ur job descirption? Not highly likely.

They would look at the following factors:
same company
same position.
if similar field,

I really don't see a big problem.
howeer, there is always exception: and USCIS is weird anything could happen in their process.
