请教：140PENDING，公司内换工作吗？

职位相同，但是TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT 就不大一样。新工作的要求就是JAVA，但是我原来的工作中JAVA占得不多，PERM也只是提到JAVA，但JAVA不是主要的。

请问换工作有风险吗？如果换了，USCIS会给RFE要求证明我新工作和原来完全一样吗？

心里没底，多谢指教。
