的申请人，也不大可能在进入180天内找到permanent offer,至于NIW由于排期，在批准I-140后也要等很长时间才能递交I-485，LC为基础的就更不可能这么快递交I-485了。
如果是I-140批准后没了工作，但是递交不了I-485，还是不能符合245(k)的条件
