请问交过I140&I485的朋友们，律师是否另外收取Spouse的律师费？

我的申请已经准备完毕，但是就在律师准备递交申请时却通知我我交的律师费只是为我自己的， 我需要另外为我的老公交他的律师费。请问大家的是否都是这样？
