Any goood suggestions?

Acutually, I guess his employee is just holding a bachelor degree. If he is smart enough, he should talk with me, as suggested by his boss, but backbite me later. Right now, I don't fear him, but I try to find a PROPER way to answer the hiring manager. In fact, if his employee is smart enough, the hire manager will not hire others. Any goood suggestions?
