求问: I-485

我于05年9月同时递交了I140和485. I140已经上个月批准. 现在想马上提交刚娶过门的老婆的485. 但律师说要等到EB2公布排期到了05年9月, 才能递交她的485. 希望这里高人能肯定一下是对是错.
