My I-140 based on NIW was approved Oct, 2005. My PD for I-485 (filed with NIW I-140) is Sep,2005. I have another approved I-140 based on Labor Certificate and its PD is June, 2003. I tried to change my priority date to June, 2003 in July by mail. My I485 got LUD on Aug 19. I suspect that the LUD is due to the change of my PD. What should I do next? Should I call 1-800 number to inquire my I-485 status? If they changed my PD, my PD is now June, 2003. Is it time to call them? I really aprreciate all your help and opinions.
