If your case has been transferred to local office, it probably will take longer time than expected to get your maple card. You have already landed and had your landing paper stamped, so you do not need to reland (there is no relanding procedure). You could call local office to check with your status. Do not panic, someone get their maple card in 6 weeks through normal landing procedures.
