请问小白兔及其它大侠关于H1 transfer起始工作时间的问题

8/10 Fedex delivered my H-1 transfer petition to VSC
8/25 I received receipt notice from VSC by mail

On the receipt notice, "the received date" is 08/10
"Notice date" is 08/15.

My question is: When can I officially work by immigration law?
08/10, 08/15 or 08/25?
