485 approved after 2 years 9 months name check

I wish my information below would be helpful:
TSC
EB1-b OR
I140 RD 9/2003
AD 1/2005 after calling USCIS twice
I485 RD 9/2003
1st FP 01/2004
2nd FP 2/2006
Call USCIS several times, was told the case was pending because of name check
Write ,email to USCIS, FBI, Senator etc. did everything that we can do
Got response from FBI through senator said the name was cleared in 8/2006, uscis response said they already got the name check result
8/17/2006 approval notice mailed
8/22/2006 card ordered
8/24/2006 GC RD
