I-485 filing requires you to any divorce judgment along with the application.
But if you did not , USCIS likely will ask you for it. They will send you a notice for additional info. If you get an interview, just bring a copy in case they need it.
If you want to play safe, you may it.
Write you A# and Case number on cover letter. just say it's additional info.
