hi, folks,

I appreciate your help. if your previous marriage and divorce happened in China, can you claim you are single when you re-married in the States? and will this effect the future greecard application through US citizen spouse? what kind of background check they will do when you are filing a greencard application? will they dig out your Chinese marrige/divorce history? thanks a lot.
