VSC processing data update!

I-140 back-off 1.5 months from April 1 to Feb 23, 2006, I-485 stay the same at May 30 2005. What is going on? is this because of summer vacation?
I heard some people said that all I-485 in VSC had been moved to NSC. It seems not ture, at least employment based I-485 is still in VSC. Am I right?
