小白兔及各位高手, please help

Hi, all,

I am a Ph. D student, holding F1 visa now. I ed I-140 and 485 via NIW last september, at that time, I am on F1. No further information yet.

Before I became a Ph. D student, I worked in a company holding H1B in 2003 and then worked in a univresity by transfering H1B.

Due to family relocation, I have two questions:

1. Can I transfer to the other univ and continue my Ph.D? I don't know if it is ok since I already ted I-485.

2. Since I hold industry H1B in 2002-2003, if I find a job in industry, I would like to know if my H1b petition will be
subject to the FY 2007 annual cap?
