But , the risk is that once the perm approved, the Priority date (PD) will move to the PERM's PD, a one and half YEAR late!!
This is a tough decision to make!!

This key is that " can BEC really finish all RIR cases next year ? According to current trend of the RIR process , is it possible to meet to goal ? any official website that I can reference from?
