Question about OPT status

My OPT application notice date is June 14,2006.
Today I log in an account on USCIS webaite, I found my case has a updated date :7/8/06. What that means?

Since a lot of people already got their EAD card with the same application date, I am not sure whether there is something wrong with my case. Can I call USCIS to ask?
