老婆的140/485已于5月递到NSC,还在pending,已经收到EAD和AP. 我的H-1B今年11月6年到期,已经递上一年的延期申请(因为我有RIR EB3 pending since 2003年). 刚刚收到律师的邮件,我的RIR被批了. 现在我该怎么办呢? 因为老婆的140还没有批,所以我想尽量保住我的H-1B. 我一定要递140才可以H-1B继续延期吗? 我如果递140会不会影响老婆的140/485? 140申请表上问:Has an immigrant petition ever been filed by you, or on your behalf? 我该回答YES吗? 谢谢大家帮助!
