请问，这是什么意思？应怎么填？


In part 5, the second question: If a company, give the following:
Type of Business Date Established

既然我是在学校工作,我应该填这部分? 应该留空白吗? 如果留空白,那么学校的信息应该在哪儿填?

In part 6, the number 8 question: Is this a new position?
这个 new 是什么意思？应怎么填？
