Emergency question with Visa

I am a postdoct at University, holding H1-B visa. Recently, a big company intends to hire me. While there is no H1-B quota as you know.
Another issue is that my I-140 was approved with PD of Feb.6 2006.
I really want to change my job ASAP. What can I do?
