I485 和AP 交上去２０天了，还没有收到receipt. 我现在Ｆ１，不想Fall注册。本打算用I485 pending 和EAD 工作，offer 也拿到了。


Do you really want to take the offer? Did you file c9 based I-765 also? If you have Fedex or other carrier track number confirming the I485 received by NSC, the risk is so low that you actually don't need to keep F1 or change to H4 if your intention is to work. You are going to lose F1 or H4 anyway once you use EAD.
