greencard application with math master's degree

Hello everyone, my first time here! As I have a master's in statistics, I was told about a kind of greencard application process especially for people with degrees like me. But I called Xie Zhengquan 's office, his assistant (I assume) said there is no such thing. Confused! Could someone give me some idea? Many thanks!
