NIW Experts, please help.

My Ph.D. is in Agronomy, my MS is in Stat. and I am doing research associate for education. Of course my current duty is related to the NIW 100%.

So please give me soem advice how to write the Recommendation Letters. Do I must combine all my background together to say something,

What kind of stratege should I use?
